Rahanni Reiki
About Sarah
My journey began when I first started channeling Reiki healing energy in 2003 and became a Reiki Master in 2005.
In 2019 I was introduced to Rahanni Celestial Healing and became a practitioner, following on to my teacher training in 2021.
I also assist my clients with their healing whilst working with the Akashic Records, current issues from this lifetime can be healed by connecting to the energy of the previous lifetime where the problem originated.
The Akashic Records holds all the information of your soul; the records are held in a higher astral realm. I guide my clients on a journey so they may view their Akashic record and we heal it together.
In 2023 I trained in Quantum Healing Hypnosis, this is an amazing healing session which requires you to be available for up to 4 hours and can include being in hypnosis for up to 2 hours.
During the session you will visit past or future lives which enables you to receive great healing, and you also have the opportunity to bring up to 10 questions to ask your higher self.
I have been running large monthly sound baths at Durley Memorial Hall from January 2023 which have been proving extremely popular with clients reporting total relaxation and sleeping well after their sessions.
You may wish to consider a sound massage which is a wonderful addition to my healing sessions or they can be booked as a stand alone 30-minute healing treatment.
More recently I have been working with the Polaraid which has greatly improved energy flow within mine and my clients’ chakras which has influenced every aspect of our well being.
The latest healing modality which I have learnt how to work with in 2025 is Pellowah, which helps my clients reach their highest purpose and potential. Pellowah means radical shift in consciousness and its purpose is to awaken and enlighten your very being.
What I want for my clients
I wish for my clients to feel, held, heard, supported, and guided back to their most whole, healed, and complete version of themselves. Whilst enabling my clients to feel empowered to become their best healer.
Authenticity is extremely important in my work,
everything I share is coming from deep connection and truth. I express myself genuinely by being true to my values and beliefs.
My Philosophy is
To enable my clients to remember that they are their best healer and have all the answers they seek within themselves
Rahanni
Rahanni Celestial Healing is a type of therapy which heals the mind, body and soul; it is a 5th-dimensional healing modality that works on a higher vibration and a deeper level.
Rahanni is not based on one religion and is not a substitute for conventional medicine. It helps balance the masculine and feminine aspects of every adult and child. It is very beneficial for those suffering from emotional pain and trauma as it helps to reduce stress, anxiety, tension and fear. It removes all negative and fear-based thinking to that of positive thought. Many people find their attitude to life and its problems change for the better after receiving the energy.
Rahanni needs to be experienced to be appreciated. You don’t need to believe for it to work, just to have a desire to receive and accept the healing energy.

Reiki
Reiki originates from Japan and is referred to as universal life force energy; it is a 3rd dimension energy.
Reiki is a hands-on complementary healing therapy and flows through the energy centres in our body known as Chakras.
It aids the body’s own natural healing ability and encourages deep relaxation for your body and mind. It helps to boost energy levels and relieves tension and stress.
The energy works on all levels healing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
During your treatment, you remain fully clothed and can receive the energies while laying or sitting.
A warm or sometimes cool feeling can be felt and clients report feeling relaxed after the treatment.

Sound Bath
Once a month on a Friday evening I hold sound baths at: Durley Memorial Hall, Durley, Southampton, SO32 2AD
These sessions start at 6.30pm and finish at 8pm.
We begin the evening with a body warm up, breathing exercises and a guided meditation.
The sound bath then follows which consists of sounds created from my crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, gong, rain stick, koshi, wave drum and percussion instruments.
These sessions are not suitable for pregnant ladies in their first 12 weeks, anyone that suffers from epilepsy, or anyone that has had a brain injury and for severe mental health conditions please consult your doctor before attending.
Your body has the ability to heal itself and whilst in a sound bath it enables the body to activate this.
Your mind becomes clearer and your body is able to relax. Not only does the sounds affect your physical body they also affect your mental, emotional and spiritual body too.
Please contact me to find out the dates of my upcoming evenings or ask any questions you may have about these sessions.
Sound Massage
This is a fully clothed sound experience; Tibetan bowls are placed on key places on your body and the vibration and sounds of the bowls create deep relaxation within you. It helps to quieten the mind and can aid with anxiety and depression.
Sound massages are wonderful for your all over well being, effecting your physically, mentally, and emotionally. The vibration from the singing bowls stimulates your circulation and improves sleep quality. Emotional blockages are released, and your energy centres are rebalanced.
The sound frequencies can enhance mental clarity and focus helping to clear the mind. You can book a stand alone 30-minute sound massage, or it can be added at the end of a healing energy treatment.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis
This is a remarkable healing experience which does require you to be available for up to 4 hours and can include being in hypnosis for up to 2 hours.
You are always very safe and always aware that you are in my room laid on my healing bed.
I will guide you into a relaxed state to enable your higher self to show you which lifetimes it is best for you to experience to enable you to receive the greatest healing.
You are invited to bring up to 10 questions, anything you would like answers to, or healing for, no matter how big or small. Once you are in the deepest part of the hypnosis session we will connect with your higher self directly and gain answers to the questions that you have.
The session begins with a chat about your life story where experiences you have had in this lifetime may bring insights into what healing you may require during the session.
We then move into the relaxation and hypnosis part of the session where you visit your past or future lives which is followed by me asking your questions to your higher self.
The final part of the experience is feedback, exploration and interpretation of what you have experienced during your session.
It is good to have nothing important arranged for the rest of the day, so you can process the experience and integrate the healing and remember what happened.
You are welcome to record the session and are encouraged to listen back to it after your appointment. I will be recording the session and will be able to send you a copy if required.
